South Western Sydney · about us
Three claims, and how you can check them.
Anyone can say they are experienced, accountable and worth the price. These are the three things we say about ourselves, and the evidence for each one.

A website is a mechanism, not a brochure
Presence does not improve a business by existing. It improves it by doing three specific things — each of which is a thing we build, rather than a thing we claim.
- Found — by someone who is already looking for what you sell, in the suburb they are standing in.
- Answered — the question that would otherwise have been a phone call, resolved before it becomes one.
- Acted on — the next step obvious enough to take at eleven at night, when most enquiries are actually sent.
The cost of the gap is not abstract. An enquiry that arrives at 11pm and is answered at 9am the next working day competes with three others that were answered instantly. That is the mechanism, and it is the part we are paid to fix.
Capability
What we can actually do, listed by discipline rather than described in adjectives.
We design and build the digital systems a small or mid-sized business runs on — the website people find, the store that takes the money, and the tools that stop the office re-typing the same number into three places. We work end to end: strategy, design, build, launch and the care afterwards. No part of that is subcontracted offshore.

Certifications and credentials
A verification link beats a badge. Everything listed here can be checked against a public register — which is why nothing sits here until it can be.

Who you’ll actually talk to
Three people, named. You always know who is on your project — and who signs off before it ships.
Mohammad Al-Zoubi
Founder · strategy and design
Runs the first call, owns the scope and the price, and signs off every release before it ships.
Obaida Alnakdali
Technical lead · systems and integrations
Builds the things that have to keep running — ERP, integrations and the automation layer.
Amr Al-Zoubi
Delivery and care · SEO and reporting
Keeps sites fast, found and patched, and writes the monthly report you actually read.
Experience
The differentiator against the generalist Sydney field is not that we are local. It is where the practice came from.

Why enterprise practice transfers
Large organisations force habits that small ones rarely get taught: written scope, staged releases, accessibility as a build standard, and performance budgets that are measured rather than hoped for. Those habits cost nothing to bring to a five-person business, and they are most of the difference between a site that lasts three years and one that lasts one.
Our promise
Commitments are the only proof available to a supplier with no track record — so every one of these is a number or a named consequence, not an adjective.
1 business day
Every enquiry answered — by a person, not an autoresponder.
3 rounds
Revisions included and named in the quote, so “one more change” is never a fight.
Day one
Accounts, domain, code and IP registered in your name from the start — not transferred at the end.
−10%
If we miss an agreed launch date for a reason that is ours, the next invoice drops by ten per cent.
Check any of it. Then book the call.
Ask for the verification links, the capability statement, or the name of the person who would run your project. All three are yours before you commit to anything.
