Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who else can see it. Written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
We collect only what you hand us. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no third-party analytics script on this site.
Through the enquiry form: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, suburb or council area, current website if you give it, the service you are asking about, your budget band, how you found us, and whatever you write in the message box.
Through the buyer’s guide form: your name, which is optional, and your email address.
Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested — for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and to scope and price the work. Nothing else.
The guide form address is used for one send: the PDF. There is no newsletter, no drip sequence and no automated follow-up series attached to it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not load them into an advertising or marketing platform.
AI tooling and your material
Client material — your documents, your customer data, the content of your internal systems — does not go into a consumer AI tool that trains on its inputs. Where a project needs AI applied to your material, the tool, the data boundary and the retention setting are agreed with you in writing before anything is uploaded.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months.
Project records are kept for 7 years, which is what Australian tax and business record-keeping requires.
Guide-form addresses are deleted once the guide has been sent, unless you have separately asked to hear from us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email hello@levantsystems.cloud and we will action it within 30 days — usually the same week.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
