Every price on this site is a starting price, in Australian dollars, current at the date shown above. Starting prices are not quotes.
The instant estimate is a range computed from those published starting prices and the answers you give it. It is an indication, not an offer, and it binds neither of us.
A fixed price comes after a scoping call and arrives in writing, with the exclusions listed at the same weight as the inclusions. If the fixed price lands outside the estimated range, we tell you why before you commit.
Levant Systems is not registered for GST at the date above; prices are GST-free until that changes, at which point this page and the pricing tables change with it.
Projects marked as demo builds are our own work, built to show capability. They are not client engagements and no client outcome is claimed for them.
Client case studies are published only with the client’s permission, and any number attributed to a client is a number that client measured.
The Levant Systems name, the eight-fold medallion, the site design and the written content are ours.
On a project, you own your content and your data. Ownership of the delivered code transfers to you on final payment; the terms of that transfer sit in the engagement agreement, not here.
Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Beyond those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our liability for anything to do with the site is limited to re-supplying the information.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
