What we build

Seven offerings in three groups — what we build, what accelerates it, and what keeps it running. A fixed starting price where we can quote one honestly; scoped where the work is genuinely yours alone.

What clients say

Named quotes replace these as each project completes. We publish the sentence the client actually said, with the trade and the suburb — never a composite.

How it goes

Four steps, no mystery. Each one says what we do and what you need to supply — the second half is where projects actually stall.

01

Discover

A free twenty-minute call. We learn the business, the goal and the budget.

You supplyAn hour of your time, and last year’s enquiry numbers if you have them.

02

Design

On-brand and on-goal. You approve before we write a line of code.

You supplyLogo files, photographs, and someone who can sign off.

03

Build

Fast and accessible, measured against real budgets rather than assumed.

You supplyContent sign-off, and access to your domain and hosting.

04

Care

Hosting, updates and a monthly report written by a real person.

You supplyNothing. That is rather the point.

07

Who we serve

Seven councils on the ground, and all of Australia remotely. Being local is how you find us; it is not the reason to hire us.

On the ground

And all of Australia, remotely. A Newcastle or Brisbane enquiry is not turned away because of our postcode — roughly half the work is done without anyone driving anywhere.

Who you’ll actually talk to

Three people, named. You always know who is on your project — and who signs off before it ships.

Mohammad Al-Zoubi

Founder · strategy and design

Runs the first call, owns the scope and the price, and signs off every release before it ships.

Obaida Alnakdali

Technical lead · systems and integrations

Builds the things that have to keep running — ERP, integrations and the automation layer.

Amr Al-Zoubi

Delivery and care · SEO and reporting

Keeps sites fast, found and patched, and writes the monthly report you actually read.

Questions worth asking

Including the one most agencies would rather you did not ask. It is first.

What does a website actually cost?

Presence starts at A$2,000, Performance at A$8,000, Systems at A$18,000. Those are starting prices, not quotes — you get a fixed number after a twenty-minute call. We publish them because you should be able to rule us in or out before you pick up the phone.

How long does it take?

Three to four weeks for Presence, five to eight for Performance, eight to sixteen for Systems. The most common cause of delay is waiting on content, which is why the process page says exactly what you need to supply at each step.

Who owns the site when it is finished?

You do — the code, the content, the domain and every account. They are registered in your name from the start, not transferred at the end, and there is no proprietary page-builder licence to keep paying for.

What do you build on?

Open-source, commercially free tools throughout: no licence fees, no theme lock-in. Static builds for sites that do not need a database, WordPress or WooCommerce where a client team needs to edit, and a self-hosted stack for apps and automations.

Do you work outside South Western Sydney?

We work on the ground across Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Wollondilly, Canterbury-Bankstown and Wollongong, and remotely with businesses anywhere in Australia. A Newcastle or Brisbane enquiry is not turned away because of our postcode.

What happens when something breaks?

You message the person who built it. Care plans include monitoring, backups and patching, and a response within one business day — same day for anything that has taken the site down.

I already have a website. Is it worth rebuilding?

Sometimes not, and we will say so. If the bones are sound we would rather fix speed, structure and search than sell you a rebuild. Ask on the call and we will tell you which one you are looking at.

Coming in phase two

Your own dashboard

Leads, jobs, invoices and site performance on one screen — the same data we report on monthly, live and in your hands rather than in an attachment. In build now, and reserved for clients on a care plan.
